Latoto Terms & Conditions — User Guidelines

1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the latoto platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use latoto's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and latoto as the service provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The latoto platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are legally eligible to use online entertainment services in their jurisdiction.
2Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
To access latoto's full services, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. latoto will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
Users are required to provide valid identification when requested for account verification (KYC) purposes. Failure to do so may result in temporary suspension or account closure. Users are also responsible for using the platform lawfully, not disrupting other users, and refraining from any software or methods that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
3Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the latoto platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX online banking, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. latoto does not accept foreign currencies or payment methods outside the approved list.
Deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction has been successfully confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen method. For withdrawals, you are required to use a bank account registered in your own name that has completed the necessary account verification process.
Latoto reserves the right to hold or delay any suspicious withdrawal pending completion of a security investigation. Any attempts at fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the payment system will be reported to the relevant authorities and may result in permanent account closure without compensation.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policies, which may change from time to time. Users are encouraged to check their account settings for the latest limit information.
4Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that could compromise the security, performance, or integrity of the latoto platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of automation software (bots), hacking, denial-of-service attacks (DDoS), or any method designed to exploit system vulnerabilities.
Latoto is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, server failures, third-party software errors, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, government actions, or internet outages. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and latoto makes no guarantee that the service will be error-free at all times.
All game content — including slots, Live Casino tables, and Sports Betting systems — operates on industry-recognised technology. Game outcomes involving a Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed on purely technical grounds. Any complaints regarding game results must be submitted through customer support channels within the stipulated timeframe.
5Account Policy, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
Latoto reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions or bonuses, or at the request of relevant authorities. In cases of account closure due to policy violations, any remaining balance will be determined subject to investigation and may not be fully refunded.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once all pending transactions have been settled.
Intellectual Property
All content on the latoto platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the property of latoto or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The latoto platform may contain links to third-party services or websites for specific purposes such as payment processing. latoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users are advised to review the respective third-party terms of service separately.
6Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Latoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest terms.
Continued use of the latoto platform after any updated terms have been published constitutes full acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to process your account closure.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in accordance with established procedures, and users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any claims or disputes arising hereunder.
